What should I do if I took Imodium when it was "fake" diarrhea caused by constipation?

Since I'm young I've been experiencing episodes of constipation, without any precise or researched diagnosis, but for the last 2 days I've been feeling hot/cold/shivering, heartache, stomach ache, and then diarrhea but really light! I took Imodium so when in reality I believe that it is more of a false diarrhea caused by constipation. It has been several days that I have not had a good bowel movement, only small stools.

Good morning, Madam,

There is not much to be done, unfortunately. Since the medication has been taken for a long time, and it has not been taken in large doses, it is desirable to only make sure that the constipation (if there really is constipation), is relieved effectively. Are you taking medication when you say you are constipated?

You should also be aware that when a small amount of liquid stool is eventually passed in a person who claims to be constipated, it may be due to a fecal impaction in the bowel. This usually requires medical attention. Have you ever suffered from this type of problem?
