When I fast in the morning (without breakfast), can I still take my vitamin D (once a week), my calcium/magnesium supplement, my two arthritis Tylenol tablets and my ASA tablet?... or should I take them with a meal (lunch or dinner)? Thank you

I plan to fast intermittently (e.g. every other day).

Hello,
The most interesting solution would be to take your medication at lunchtime while eating, as some of them can be irritating for your stomach and more difficult to digest (Calcium/Magnesium, ASA for example). Arthritis Tylenol can be taken in the morning without any problem if needed. There would be no problem taking them on an empty stomach, but you may develop gastric discomfort
