I am prone to sinusitis, I had 2 last winter when I was pregnant. I had to take antibiotics both times, rinsing the sinus several times a day was not enough. The same symptoms still occur, yellow secretions, headache, nasal congestion. My 4 1/2 month old baby has a cold too.

Use of Tylenol Cold and Sinus while breastfeeding is not recommended. The pseudoephedrine it contains may cause irritability in your daughter and decrease your milk production.

Perfect, thank you for your answer! Time ( and sinus rinse ) starts to do its work!
