Penis fungus problem, male circumcised since Sept 2019

Circumcised in September 2019, I have since healed well, and all was well. But since mid-December I have small red dots in places that come and talk on the exposed part under the crown (soft skin of the foreskin along the penis! I suspected a mycosis so I treated 1 week canestein? Then continue 3 days after the end to ensure the end of the contamination. 5 days later small red pimples came back. I have started canesten again since Thursday but the red spots are still there. I have been tested for everything... everything is negative. (Vih, syphilis, clamidya, ghonorrhea, hepatitis a-b) I have adapted my underwear to cotton and I only use soaps without perfume... same thing for the washing. I am at the end of my rope but I have only treated with canestein, would another treatment be viable? (Example of a bacterial mycosis)

Hello,
I don't assume a connection with circumcision, but have you seen a doctor and made a diagnosis of a bacterial fungus?

I have seen a doctor 2 times in 6 months to check and they tell me that everything seems normal, but at those times I had no symptoms... it would then start up again a few days/weeks later.
I often have reactions again after sex with my spouse. For the past 3 weeks we have done nothing, to prevent inflammation or risk of cross contamination, but the redness persists, goes away and then comes back a few days later.

So there is redness and inflammation but is there also itching, irritation or cracked skin or small bubbles? Are you taking any medications for other reasons?

No medication, no bullae, just 2-3 small pimples on the skin under the crown, not on the glans... and redness around it... the canesten gets rid of it but then the redness appears elsewhere... it's like a fungus or balanitis that goes on and on... that comes back to bite.

In fact balanitis can also be caused by a yeast infection, in this situation canesten works well, on the other hand it may be caused by a bacterial infection, in this case you have to try an antibiotic cream, it's over the counter ex: Baciguent, an application twice a day for 1 week, if no improvement after 48 to 72h, you have to go to consult.

Would the complete polysporin 3 antibiotic and pain reliever do? (I have a tube left over from when I had the circumcision still ok date wise.) or does it take specifically baciguent? I would go with your best product recommendation.
thanks

We can try polysporin if no improvement after 48h, we should try the other cream.
