Who can receive Paxlovid? How early does the infection have to be? What are the side effects?

Hello to you! I wanted to know the indications for taking Paxlovid and what the side effects are. Does this medication cause a drop in blood pressure? Any other side effects? Who can be prescribed it? Thank you very much!

Good morning, Madam,
I refer you to this link to see the eligibility criteria for Paxlovid for Quebec citizens who have COVID and are at risk of complications.
I am copying and pasting the relevant section:

Basically, if the person has symptoms and a positive test, they should call their pharmacy (not come in) for a consultation tailored to their condition.
Paxlovid is usually very well tolerated but has a high risk of interactions and the dose needs to be adjusted for certain populations. In such cases, the pharmacist will take care of transmitting all personalized information on a case-by-case basis.
