Forgotten oral contraceptive and sex?

I am taking the birth control pill Alesse and I forgot to take it yesterday and had unprotected sex today. Do I need Plan B? I have been taking the birth control pill for a little over 2 years and started taking it continuously 6 months ago. My last "period", which was more of a spotting, was on November 2.
