Can I exercise after receiving an infiltration?

I have to have an infiltration in my right shoulder in a few days. Will I be able to use my right arm without any problem in the same day because I have a sport activity that does not require too much effort?

Hello, thank you for your question!

After an infiltration, you will be able to use your arm for your daily activities. We suggest that you avoid moderate to high intensity exercise for at least 24 hours.

If your activity will not put too much strain on your arm, you will have no problem doing it.
