Hello, My 2.5 year old daughter has been constipated for a few days (which is not her habit) and today she has a lot of pain in her tummy, can we give her some lax-a-day? If so, what is the dosage for a child of 2 1/2 years old / weight 34 lbs. Thank you

Hello, It is an excellent choice to give him Lax-A-Day. The dosage to take for his weight is about 1/2 adult dose. Since the adult dose is 17g (obtained with the measurement provided by the manufacturer), just measure half of that dose and put in half as much water (125 ml) I hope this answers your question Jean-Sébastien Lecompte, pharmacist
