I have been taking my birth control pill twice. Will it cause me to ovulate if I go back to 1 pill a day?

For three consecutive days I took 2 birth control pills a day, because I have a tablet at home and one at work. However, I realized that I was not taking them and today I continue to take 1 pill a day until my break week. Is there a risk that my ovulation will resume due to a drop in hormone levels or that I am at risk of pregnancy? Can I take my break week at the end as usual without risk? I am taking Yasmin and I have not had any oversights, only surpluses.

If there is no day of forgetfulness, there is no risk of pregnancy because there will not have been ovulation. It could have happened by reducing from 2 tablets per day to 1 co to have vaginal discharge "spotting", but without more. After your period, it will be important to go back to just 1 tablet.
