I have small red spots that have appeared on my knees. It is also present on my arm (without pain or itching).

I am gluten intolerant At first it started on my left knee, a few small spots without more. For the past few days, I have noticed them on the other knee as well as a few on my arm (2-3). Apart from the contraceptive pill, I am not taking any other medication. Is this worth consulting my family doctor or is it just a reaction of some kind? This is not the first time this has happened.
