At first it started on my left knee, a few small spots without more. For the past few days, I have noticed them on the other knee as well as a few on my arm (2-3). Apart from the contraceptive pill, I am not taking any other medication. Is this worth consulting my family doctor or is it just a reaction of some kind? This is not the first time this has happened.

Good evening ma'am,
Unfortunately, as a pharmacist I am not qualified to answer this type of question, as seeking a diagnosis is reserved for a physician. If you see that the pimples are accompanied by other symptoms (fever, pain, itching) or are still present in 5 days, or spread to other areas of the body in the next few hours, then I would invite you to go see your doctor.
It is my pleasure,
