I have a blocked and runny nose and a loss of voice?

Hello I have a small question, I have a mononucleosis in early November, I did not rest during the holidays, so I always had a small cough at times but not much. And then a few days ago I started to have a stuffy nose and a runny nose, now it's not so bad except that I have a slight sore throat and my voice is going out, I was wondering if it could be a rheum or a laryngitis because I know that laryngitis can be caused by rheum?

Hello, thank you for your question
Impossible to know exactly what it is..for now only treating the symptoms is the most important: rest, nasal hygiene and drinking lots of fluids.
I hope I've been helpful to you, please don't hesitate if you have any other questions!

is it normal when we have been diagnosed with mononucleosis for about 2 months and we have little pains in our spleen from time to time?

Yes, discomfort of all kinds is indeed possible, but the important thing is that it remains temporary.
