I have blood loss outside of my period. What should I do and should I be concerned?

Hello, I have small losses of blood outside my usual menstrual cycle. For the last three months (three cycles), small bleeding occurs a few days after the end of the period (about 4 to 7 days after the end, so between 10 and 13 days after the beginning of the period). The bleeding is small, but this month there was some kind of small clot (I'm not sure if it's a clot, but it's more viscous in shape and holds together and a little darker red than the rest of the discharge). This discharge lasts about a day to two days if I remember correctly for the last two months, and this discharge started today for this month. I have a cycle that usually lasts between 29 and 33 days with an average of 30 days. I had a PAP TEST on March 29 and was told that if there was anything to report they would let me know and I haven't heard anything, so I guess everything was fine. I don't use any contraception except for using a condom during sex (which is always with the same partner by the way). What should I do and should I be concerned?

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
Although it may seem unpleasant, it does not necessarily indicate a problem. Many people experience spotting in the middle of their cycle or at the end of their period. The important thing is to keep it mild and temporary (i.e. not every day).
If it persists for more than 6 months, however, I suggest that you consult a doctor as a precaution.
I hope this has been helpful to you, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
