Hello, thank you for your question!
To better understand your needs, would it be possible to know if you have already used something else? And if your symptoms occur at a particular time or with a particular food?
Thank you

No, I didn't use anything else! And this feeling is constant throughout the day no matter what I eat!

And it doesn't hurt, it's just disturbing!

Thanks for the clarification!
Using Gaviscon chewable tablets can help reduce the extent of your discomfort. I find them effective and quick. Otherwise, some liquids are also available such as Maalox, Gaviscon, milk of magnesia, depending on your preferences.
Just tell your pharmacist because some of these products can interact with medications.
Your pharmacist will be able to give you the right dosage for your needs and ensure a better follow-up.
I hope I have been helpful to you and I am available if you have any further questions!
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
