Good evening Madam,

As written here on the Health Canada website (https://voyage.gc.ca/voyager/sante-securite/conseils-sante-voyageurs/152), the risk of Zika in the Republic (Caribbean) is well present: it is even recommended that women who are pregnant or who wish to become pregnant do not visit this region.
