In my palate (soft), there is a kind of small pimple and I think it is an oral ulcer. Is it normal to have an ulcer there?

Also, I don't know if it's because of this little pimple, but I have a sore throat. Is it possible that this is why I have a sore throat?

Hello Ma'am,
Yes it is possible to have an ulcer really anywhere in the mouth (except on the teeth...).
When the ulcer is associated with a sore throat, it is sometimes because the little virus that gives you a sore throat (not necessarily the coronavirus) has caused so much inflammation that it has created an ulcer.
In any case, I recommend that you rest, drink plenty of water, avoid irritating foods (acidic, sweet, salty), and take Tylenol™ for spikes in pain.
Happy end of day,
