I have a fissure in my anus?

Hello, I have a fissure in my anus. It happened 4 days ago while having a bowel movement and there was some blood and it burned. Since I have at least one bowel movement a day, I feel like it doesn't have time to heal properly. I started taking sitz baths and saw a slight improvement. For the last 2 days, there is almost no blood (every other time and sometimes not at all) but I still have pain as if I was cut. I don't have any serious allergies except for an allergy to cats. I take pumps for my asthma but that's it. Is there an ointment or something I could put on to help? Thank you so much for your help.
