What can I do or put on to make this crack/lesion heal and disappear? It is very inconvenient... Thank you!

Hello, I have had a crack in my buttocks for several weeks that is very painful (since it is open). I have tried zinc cream, polysporin and canesten, but nothing seems to work so far.

Hello,
The first thing to do is to avoid irritation in this area. Therefore, make sure that your underwear is not too tight. You should also avoid using perfumed products, and use a mild soap for your hygiene.
The dehydration of the skin can be the cause of the lesion you have. I advise you to apply a barrier and moisturizing cream based on ceramides such as Cutibase® Ceramyd® protective barrier cream. Apply the cream after washing and drying the area
If you do not see any improvement after one week, I suggest you consult a doctor
I hope I have answered your question,

How do you ensure that a soap is considered mild? That's what I always try to choose to avoid irritation, but they are almost all scented, so is there a safe way to make sure a soap is mild?
Thank you,
