I have sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease, what are the risks of vaccines for covid?

I noticed on the Pfizer website that it was better to consult a specialist before getting vaccinated if our immune system was deficient and/or if we had conditions such as coughing, shortness of breath, fatigue. I have sarcoidosis of the lungs and since I have the above mentioned conditions, isn't it risky to take a vaccine if our immune system is already dysregulated? I am trying to avoid any stimulation of my immune system in order to control the progression of the sarcoidosis and I assume that there must not be much clinical data on the effects of the vaccine for people with sarcoidosis given the relative rarity of this disease. Thank you,

Hello Ma'am,
Sarcoidosis is actually related to your immune system being "overactive" and not deficient.
In your situation, vaccination with COVID19 is indicated (and very very encouraged), because the presence of pulmonary fibrosis means that if you get COVID, you are at high risk for complications.
Happy day :)
