My vagina hurts when I wipe and it burns/stings. I also have more vaginal discharge than normal

In order to adequately answer your question, I need to validate some things.

What is the color of your discharge?

Does your discharge have a particular odor?

Is there any itching with it?

Is the smell like a fish smell?

It's really hard to tell what the problem is specifically. Since there is no fishy smell and the discharge is clear, I would rule out bacterial vaginosis right off the bat. On the other hand, it could be yeast vaginitis (although some of the symptoms are confusing)

At our pharmacy, we have a group prescription that allows us to prescribe Canesten cream or fluconazole 150 mg capsule. Both of these products are excellent for treating yeast vaginitis. In your situation specifically, I would opt more for the fluconazole capsule.

Actually, this symptom is more related to the inflammation of the mucosa. For now, it doesn't change the treatment choice in my opinion. If it progresses further, feel free to let me know and we can revisit the treatment.
