Hello, for the last 4 days I have had a very hoarse voice, a lot of difficulty speaking, but I don't have any pain in my throat. I did not force my voice or do anything else that could have caused this problem.
Since I don't have a sore throat, is there anything I can do? After how long should I be concerned?

Hello, thank you for your question!
Do you have any other symptoms such as a runny or stuffy nose, or anything else?

Thanks for the feedback!
If there are no other symptoms, there is no need to worry. Your best solutions for now are non-pharmacological: lozenges such as Halls, Fisherman's Friend or others and drinking lots of fluids (cold or hot depending on your preference) are encouraged.
