I read on a forum called "Mes Bienfaits" that the combination of St. John's wort, Rhodiola and magnesium have a beneficial effect?

Hello Sir.
The data on St. John's Wort shows some effectiveness for mild to moderate depressive symptoms. It has not been shown to be effective for anxiety.
There is no data to support the use of magnesium or rhodiola for anxiety.
Unfortunately, you mention that you suffer from severe anxiety. Psychotherapy with a psychologist or psychotherapist remains the first line of treatment. I invite you to consult this link from the Ordre des psychologues du Qc to start your research if you haven't already done so. Most group insurances cover this type of service.
If this is not enough, I strongly recommend that you consult a physician for a thorough evaluation of your needs.
I hope I have been helpful to you, I remain available if you have any further questions
