For about 2 weeks I have noticed that the bones of my skull are deformed, that there are hollows and bumps that I did not have before, no pain, is it a question of age? Is there a disease that could cause these deformations?

Since the pharmacist is not qualified to make a diagnosis, I recommend that you talk to a doctor about your situation. Of course, it is not normal for the bones in an adult's skull to become deformed. They may be bumps that have always been there, but you've just noticed them, but the wisest thing to do is to talk to a doctor.

A doctor will be able to perform the necessary tests to validate this diagnosis.
