Last year, twice in one month, I took an anti-inflammatory before going to bed with, as usual, 10mg of melatonin.

My brain was in turmoil, I was agitated, sleepless night! I made a connection and obviously avoided taking both before going to bed. Yesterday, I didn't think too much about it, I massaged my neck with Voltarin, same scenario! How can I explain this? Thank you for your help!

Good evening ma'am,
In my opinion, the link is not between melatonin and anti-inflammatory drugs, but rather in the mere presence of anti-inflammatory drugs in your system before bedtime.
In fact, there is no significant interaction between melatonin and Voltaren™. But there is data that anti-inflammatory drugs to disrupt sleep in some people.
