I bit the inside of my lip, it didn't bleed but it's been swollen for almost 2 months now, what can I do?

The bump is located just inside, in the part of the lower lip where the lip ends. It is therefore "pressed" against my lower teeth. I tried with a disinfected needle to see if the swelling contained any liquid, but to no avail. I would say that it is only a "flesh" lump. After almost 2 months, it suddenly swelled up a bit yesterday without me even hooking it.

Very intriguing situation. As a pharmacist, there is very little I can recommend at this point. You really need to know what is in that lump. I believe that in your case, medical consultation would be indicated (although not urgent). If you are having trouble seeing a doctor, I think a dentist might also be able to validate the exact origin.

If I were you, I wouldn't try to "bust" the hump anymore.
