Hello, I would like to know if yeast infections, candida, etc. that are not treated properly in the long term can block the fallopian tubes?

Hello Ma'am,
No, Candida albicans does not migrate that far up the reproductive tract. It stays in the vagina, even when infections are very frequent or poorly healed.

On the other hand, some STIs can cause what is called IPD (for inflammatory pelvic disease), which can affect the reproductive system.
A yeast infection is not an STI.
