I accidentally took a double dose of Celecoxib this morning. Is this dangerous?

Normally I take one in the morning and one in the evening. This is for ankylosing spondylitis. I also take methotrexate for psoriatic arthritis

There is no danger of accidentally doubling the dose (as long as it does not happen repeatedly). As a precaution, you may want to skip tonight's dose, and continue with your usual dose tomorrow morning
