Bright red buttocks and it runs (oozes). Following oral and transit mycosis it spread. Despite a treatment with Canesten and cortisone prescribed by the doctor, there is no improvement. It has been going on for 1 week.

I am strongly inclined to suggest, a few minutes after the application of the prescribed treatment, a protective cream such as Triad Hydrophile from Coloplast, available without prescription. It can be applied at every diaper change
Check the diaper often and change it as soon as it becomes the least bit soiled
I encourage you to try this for the next 3-5 days. If it doesn't seem to be working, I suggest you go to a doctor to reassess the situation.
