I have had a fissure between my vagina and my anus for some time now that bleeds a little and burns after sexual intercourse. What can I do to heal it? Do I have to go see a doctor? Or application of cream?

Hello ma'am, For such a wound, basic hygiene with soap and water should help. I suggest applying a dressing if possible as a covered wound can heal better.
