Usually, basic hygiene with clear water is enough to solve the problem, once a day, taking care to roll up the foreskin for cleaning.

If this is insufficient and the situation does not deteriorate, it may be suggested to apply a clotrimazole antifungal cream twice a day for 14 days. Your pharmacist will be able to prescribe it and keep a record of it, while following up closely with you. However, you should consult a physician if you do not notice any improvement after 7 days.
