Hello Mrs.,
Are there any possible causes in your opinion, such as the consumption of particular foods, stress or other?
Have you ever had these symptoms in the past?
Do you have other symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea or other?
Are you currently taking any medication?

I have often had abdominal attacks like this but never so strong, I have been examined several times without ever finding anything, except for my birth control pill, I do not take any other medication on a regular basis, this is my second attack in 5 days

Thank you for the information.
I would be inclined to keep a diary to record what and how much you eat and your state of mind (stress, fatigue, etc.) and record in a second column the occurrence and extent of symptoms.
This would help identify foods or situations that trigger or worsen the situation. This could take several weeks, so I suggest being patient and diligent.
If you are experiencing reflux, there are many non-prescription options available at the pharmacy; your pharmacist can suggest options based on your history and preferences. He/she can also check for interactions with your other medications and follow up with you closely.
I hope this has been helpful to you and I am available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
