I have a node near my Adam's apple that is larger and more painful, should I be concerned?

I suffer from anxiety, I take citalopram and I have a large pimple on my face at the chin. Maybe this is the cause?

Hello,
There is a good chance that the swollen lymph node is a normal reaction to the pimple on your chin. The lymph node is part of your immune system and when a pimple becomes infected the lymph node is activated to help the healing process
Normally, the node will be swollen until the pimple is healed, then gradually return to its normal size.
Good luck!

Okay, and the fact that it's painful and I can feel it very well when I touch it is normal, right?

Yes, it's normal that it's painful and can be felt. It should be fine in a few days.
