I smoke an average of 5-6 cigarettes a day. Which anti-smoking product would be best for me (vaporizer, patch, lozenges)?

Good evening ma'am,
The best thing to do is to give it a try, starting with a combination of a patch (14mg, or step 2) and a vaporizer (for "cravings") in my opinion.
Simply drop by the pharmacy and they will provide you with everything. Pharmacists are ready to walk you through your cessation :)!
