I will soon start taking actonel again, which I have not taken for 7 years, because I have osteoporosis. Otherwise I only take Nasonex and vitamin D with a diet rich in calcium. Can I apply Myoflex to these sore muscles or should I take an anti-inflammatory instead?

Hello Ma'am, What exactly is your question (your question does not currently contain any 😊 questions)? Good evening, It is indeed possible to use Myoflex™ on your sore muscles. It is always preferred to use a medication that works locally (only on the pain), as is the case with a cream. Taking anti-inflammatory medication by mouth should be reserved only if the cream does not work. Also try to gradually resume your physical activities and get your shoulder moving.
