I have pimples on my buttocks?

Hello, I started to have some kind of pimples on my buttocks that melt quite badly because they are located in my buttock crease between the thigh and the buttock. I work in an office so I sit all day. I am careful not to wear tight pants and I wear cotton underwear. Is there a cream that I can apply to this area to reduce the inflammation of the pimples or better yet, make them disappear?
