Hello, thank you for your question!
Vaginal discharge is usually translucent and not very heavy. When it becomes abundant, white and thick or colored, it is usually a question of infection. How long have you had this colored discharge? Does the discharge have an odor? Do you have any other symptoms, such as redness, burning or itching? Do you have any known health problems? Are you taking any medications on a regular basis? Do you have any known allergies to anything? Is there a possibility of pregnancy or breastfeeding at this time?
This information will allow me to better advise you

I have always had a lot of white or yellowish discharge with no odor or pain or itching, but for the past few weeks (5 to 7), it has happened that it is pale green. Always without any smell, burning, itching or other symptoms.
I have no health problems. The only medication I take is the birth control pill Alesse. I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you have no other symptoms, I don't think an urgent consultation is necessary. However, if you are able to make an appointment with your family doctor in the next few weeks, it may be best to have an exam just to make sure there is no underlying cause for the change in your discharge. There are many reasons for a change in the appearance of vaginal discharge: a new sexual partner, infection, hormonal change, etc. A medical examination is the only way to get peace of mind
I remain available for more information if necessary
