I have taken anacin and have not been satisfied. Thank you It is the pain in the upper limbs in the joints and in the arm and forearm. No one advised me here c from my home country I used to take it for relief thank you

Instead, I recommend two things: Try to consult a physical therapist so that you can find the exact cause of this pain and find avenues of relief through physical activity; Waiting for this consultation, get relief by staying active despite the pain, sleeping well and taking Tylenol™ for the pain spikes.
