I was told to take ASA at bedtime, can I take it at dinner instead?

I am 13 weeks pregnant. I take synthroid in the morning and prenatal vitamins at lunch. My doctor adds aspirin 160mg die because my 2nd was a small weight baby.

Good morning, ma'am,
Studies report that ASA is most effective during pregnancy when taken at bedtime.
I would suggest taking it as late as possible.
That being said, if taking it at bedtime causes you problems to the point where taking it is compromised, taking it at dinner is an acceptable compromise.
