We are going on a trip to Mexico (all-included) and we will be there with our 3 and a half month old baby.
We will bring tylenol, reactin, zofran, pedialyte
But do we need to bring an antibiotic as a prevention ?
Other mx to suggest ?

Good morning, Madam,
In general, Mexico is an area at higher risk for traveler's diarrhea. Therefore, for adults, it is possible to obtain an antibiotic through your doctor, a travel health clinics or your pharmacist for the treatment of traveler's diarrhea if it occurs during your trip. Otherwise, generally, for infants, we do not need an antibiotic if the infant is exclusively breastfed since breastfeeding is an effective way to protect the baby.
Here are some non-pharmacological measures to prevent traveler's diarrhea:
Always wash your hands before eating and after changing a diaper
Eat well-cooked foods and avoid raw foods
Drink bottled and sealed beverages
Avoid unpasteurized dairy products
Other suggestions for the child:
Thermometer
Mosquito net over the stroller or baby carrier
Zincofax 40% for diaper rash
Unscented moisturizer
Saline water and syringe (to rinse sinuses)
Avoid exposing the infant to the sun (light long sleeves, hat, stay in the shades)
Hopefully this answers your question,
