I am pregnant and I have applied a retinol cream, is it risky?

I am 14 weeks pregnant and I have been using retinole cream 1x a day in small amounts under my eyes and I have just been told that it is not good... I am very stressed about the malformation.

Indeed this is a product that should be avoided during pregnancy.

This being written, it is impossible to know the effects of using this product by you during this period.
