Do I have to respect the 24 hours of rest after a cortisone infiltration?

I had a cortisone infiltration yesterday at 3pm on my hip and this morning I feel fine (no dlr),
I'm wondering if I should absolutely respect the 24 hours of rest and activities without moving or if I can go out for a long walk today

Hello madam, you should redirect your question to the person who performed the infiltration and who recommended the rest period. It is not wise or prudent to contradict another professional, especially if he/she performed the treatment and has all the necessary information to advise you (which is not the case here)
