Do I have to respect the 24 hours of rest after a cortisone infiltration?

I had a cortisone infiltration yesterday at 3pm on my hip and this morning I feel fine (no dlr), I'm wondering if I should absolutely respect the 24 hours of rest and activities without moving or if I can go out for a long walk today
