Hello,
In order to answer your request, I have a few questions to ask you
Are your secretions thick or rather liquid?
Are they colored?
How many times a day do you do Sinus Rinse?
39-year-old woman · 3 years ago
Pretty thick and very colorful.
i only did the sinus rinse once.

You may do the Sinus Rinse more than once (2 to 4 times a day)
Your symptoms look like bacterial sinusitis. How long have you had your symptoms?
Have you had a fever?

No fever. I started having frontal sinus pain about 48 hours ago. I've been having a nosebleed for 3-4 days but it's gotten worse in the last 48 hours

Also I have been coughing for about 2-3 weeks, covid test negative but I had some discharge in my throat

Thank you for the clarification
The pain in your ear is due to secretions from your sinuses. When you blew your nose, some of the secretions could have gone up into the ear canal and lodged there, putting pressure on your mucous membrane and causing inflammation
The solution is the same as you already do. Sinus Rinse, used more often, can help dislodge its secretions that are caught there
From what I understand, you have had cold symptoms for some time that could have turned into sinusitis.
Aside from Sinus Rinse, one product that might help is GeloMyrtol. These are capsules to be taken 3 times a day for 7 days that help liquefy secretions. It is indicated for sinusitis or bronchitis that do not require antibiotics
In your situation, it is not necessary to consult the doctor to get an antibiotic since there is no fever and your symptoms only started 48 hours ago

Thank you very much. I get sinusitis repeatedly every winter... after how long if there is no improvement should I consult a doctor?
Jean-Sébastien Lecompte · 3 years ago
Normally, if you develop a fever or if your symptoms persist for more than 7 days (thick, colored secretions), a visit to the doctor would be recommended
I hope this answers your question. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me

For my ear, I have a pressure toothache and it seems that I feel / hear liquid

It is your secretions in your ear canal that give you this sensation
