I have an osteoarthritis attack and I am 90% sure I am pregnant. What type of medication can I take? The pain is unbearable.

Hello!😀
Acetaminophen can be used in pregnancy and is the first choice of treatment in osteoarthritis! However, it needs to be used regularly for 1-2 weeks to see its maximum effect in OA. You can also put ice on it if it is an acute attack!
Also be aware that anti-inflammatory drugs are contraindicated from 26-28 th week and from the middle of the 2nd trimester they are not used more than 3 days without medical supervision!
Note: if you have a history of spontaneous abortion, anti-inflammatories are contraindicated in early pregnancy
Happy day!
