Do I need to consult and/or do something else to heal this wound? Thank you for your help!

Hello, for a few days now I have had a sore on the side of my big toe between the nail and the skin. I don't remember how it started. There is pus and it is red. I clean the wound every morning and evening with hydrogen peroxide and then put polysporin and a bandage. In the evening I soak my feet in warm water for about 10 minutes before cleaning them. The swelling seems to decrease and so does the pain.

Hello,
I have a question for you:
Do you have any known health problems?

No, none at all!

I suggest you clean the wound with soap and water twice a day. (Peroxide is not recommended for the skin).
And continue to apply the Polysporin. Since the swelling seems to be decreasing, there is no need to consult.
If you notice that the wound swells, becomes red or hot, or has a fever, you should consult at that time.
