Secretions in the throat and cough that persists and bothers me a lot?

I have secretions that stay in my throat even if I cough. I don't have a fever and I don't blow my nose.

Hello, thank you for your question!
In order to better understand the situation and your needs, would it be possible to know what you tried for this? And you mention that you don't have a runny nose, do you have congestion, even a little?

I took Tylenol, lozenges for a sore throat and Benylin syrup for a cough.

No congestion.

Thanks for the feedback!
Even if there is no congestion and no discharge, your sinuses may be leaking from the back of your throat and causing that cough. To that end, I would opt for nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bed. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, we can reduce their backward flow, which often causes coughing.
If this measure does not have the desired effect after a few days, a doctor should be consulted as a precaution.
Sincerely,
