Is it normal that I can't feel the threads of my IUD?

As you had probably noticed, the wires are extremely thin and cut quite short and could be very difficult to feel. Also, they could simply be bent over on themselves, but that doesn't necessarily indicate a problem.

While it is possible that the IUD could move a tiny bit, it is quite unlikely that it has been evacuated.

When in doubt, you'll want to have a doctor check it out.
