I am pregnant and I have nausea?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and I have had a lot of nausea for the last 2 days until I started vomiting from morning to night. I took a gravol two days ago to help me sleep and since then I have no more nausea/vomiting. Is it normal to have symptoms and on other days have none and be fine? I'm worried about the gravol.
