I have quite intense dizziness. It starts at the back of the head. What could be the cause?

Hello,
Can you give me more details about your symptoms? How long have you been experiencing dizziness? How often?
Are you taking any medication or do you have a particular health condition?

It's been going on for about a week but it can happen to me 3-4 times a year. I take trazodone 25 mg and clonazepan 0.5 mg at bedtime. I just found out that my grandmother has meniere's disease

Dizziness can have many causes: taking medication, vertigo, Meniere's disease, migraines, etc. It is the doctor who will be able to make the diagnosis and adapt the treatment according to the cause.
If the dizziness prevents you from functioning or if you have severe vomiting, you must quickly consult a doctor.
If not, you can consult your family doctor to be evaluated.
Have a good evening,
