Hello, What instrument do you use to cut your tablets? Unfortunately, there is no magic bullet. These tablets are difficult to cut, even with a proper pill cutter. And your pharmacy may not be able to cut them for you in advance because the cut tablet is only stable for 7 days, so you can't cut too many in advance
