Is it possible that ozempic is giving me a stomach ache?

I've been shaking in my stomach for X days! I am on ozEmpic 1 mg Q week! And I take forxiga 10mg 1 x a day! To control a sugar level that was unbalanced! I have lost a lot of weight in the last few months (66lbs)! I only have stirrings and no diarrhea! I've given myself 2 injections in a row and it's done that! It starts 1a 2 days after the injection! I have been on this injection since January 2020! What would be the dose too high? Because of the weight loss? Thanks :)

Good evening sir,
Bingo! I think you hit the nail on the head.
Ozempic™ causes diarrhea in 10% of patients who inject it, and stomach aches in 11-15%. So you seem to be in the share that have stomach aches without diarrhea.
In my opinion, the fact that these symptoms are new should not simply be explained by a recent weight loss. It may indeed be that eating more fruits and vegetables in the summer also "played into it."
Are you able to try taking probiotics for 2-4 weeks to see if it might help reduce your symptoms?
