I have a lot of pimples on my chest and back and I am pregnant. I apply Benzagel and Ducray cleanser, but it's worse (VERY dry skin). What to do?

I am 27 weeks pregnant. My skin is very red and dry and it looks like acne but because my skin is so dry, it burns and stings

Good evening ma'am,
So stop using the Benzagel™ and fall back on a Ducray™ cleanser and moisturizer.
I recommend using this combination for at least 4 weeks before judging whether it makes it worse. 😊
It's my pleasure,

I have at home the Aderma anti-itching moisturizer. Can I put this on or would you advise me to stick with the Ducray brand?

Will the cleanser and moisturizer duo alone reduce my redness, itchiness, burning and eventually my MANY pimples...?

Yes, Aderma™ can be tried at first. It's possible that in the long run, a moisturizer without "anti-itching" will do a better job of removing pimples. :)

Great so I'm going to look into the
ducray moisturizing cream. Are there multiple brands/sorts? And is there anything else I can do to remove the pimples or will moisturizing alone remove them? Not only does it sting, itch, and heat up, but it's very complex, I have them everywhere...

Sorry for the delay in responding.
Since my last response how is your back and chest doing? Does moisturizing seem to reduce the itching and burning?
it is usually best to wait 2-4 weeks before trying another avenue (acne products). This is because sometimes acne is caused in large part by inflammation and dryness.

Since the last time we talked, I clean my chest and back with ducray acne cleanser and put on aderma cream and ducray cream. I also use Avene thermal water a few times a day. No improvement.... I wouldn't say it's worse though... I went to consult and even my family doctor was annoyed and he's going to call the dermatologist to be sure... To be continued

Good point. I'm glad you were consulted, as it was indeed the right thing to do in such a situation (in case of non-improvement).
Good day's end,
